The Adventure starts here

During lockdown in 2020, we went outside in the early evening to applaud the NHS and the special, difficult and heartbreaking job doctors, nurses and health professionals were doing, not just in Britain but all over the world and as I looked around at my friends and neighbours clapping and cheering a line came into my head - "you are not alone." When I went indoors, I wrote the lyrics and the music came very quickly. Alex Horwood, a brilliant videographer filmed keeping to the distance guidelines, in a wood near my house, in a field outside East Grinstead and in Rob's back garden. We're proud of the song and its message.
